THE LIVING AREA The area has 2 x sofa's. 2 seater and 3 seater. Coffee table with 2 stools underneath. TV with freeview channels. Leading from the living room are french doors to the main decked area to the front of the caravan. The area is heated by a electric fire and a radiator. Please note - there is no pull out bed in the living area.

THE DINING AREA Located to the center of the caravan and opposite the kitchen is the dining area. The area has a table and 4 chairs. The area is heated with a radiator. |
THE KITCHEN AREA The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, toaster and built in microwave. Oven, grill, 4 burner hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer. Above and below kitchen units. The worktops have Torano Marble laminate and white tile effect splashback. 2 pendant lights over the worktop. The area is heated by a radiator located by the dining table. |

MASTER BEDROOM The master has a double bed with bedside cabinets, sockets with USB ports. Overhead cupboards with a shelf. The room is heated by a radiator. |
MASTER BEDROOM Dressing table has a mirror with shelves and a cabinet underneath and a stool. Double wardrobe with 2 drawers underneath. |

MASTER EN SUITE The master also has a en suite toilet and wash basin. Mirror and shelf above the basin. The area is heated by a radiator. |
TWIN BEDROOM 1 The twin comprises of 2 single beds. Beside cabinet with socket above which contains USB ports. Overhead cupboard with shelves and wardrobe. The area is heated by a radiator. |

THE BATHROOM The bathroom has a toilet, basin with a mirrored cabinet and shelf above. |

THE DECKING AREA There are steps that lead up to a gate. Where there is a walkway to the side of the caravan and has the main door leading through to the kitchen/dining room. From the side decking leads to the main deck area located to the front of the caravan and can be accessed through french doors into the living area. There is a table and chairs on the decked area. |

HEATING The caravan has a Electric fire in the living area. And gas central heating throughout the caravan. PARKING There is a allocated parking space a short walk from the caravan. With extra parking spaces available around the site. From the allocated parking bays there is a general site pathway leading to the caravans in this area. At the start of the pathway are 2 steps (there is a hand rail next to these steps). Parking is not allowed on the grassed areas. LINENS All beds are supplied with either a double or single duvet. Double has 4 x pillows and singles 1 x pillow each. We do request that all guests supply their own bed linen. Including duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, all cot bedding, towels and tea towels for their stay. TV Licence Please note your own TV Licence does not cover you in our caravan. All the caravans are covered by their own separate TV Licences. |
HEALTH AND SAFETY The caravan is checked at regular intervals, by a park site certified contractor. Gas is certificated each year. All electrical items are PAT tested by a certified contractor. 2 x Fire and Carbon Monoxide detectors. RESTRICTIONS No smoking is permitted within the caravans (ashtrays are provided for outside use only), No pets, Due to park rules, I am afraid we cannot hire to the following. Parties, whose members are under the age of 21 years, Parties, whose members are all male or all female, Parties, whose members exceed the number of berths contained in our caravans.
