The area has 2 sofa's which are a 2 and 3 seaters.

Please note - there is no pull out bed in the living area.

The area has a radiator and electric fire.

THE DINING AREA

Located opposite the living area and kitchen is the dining area.

This area has a free standing table and 4 chairs.

With a additonal 2 folding chairs.

THE KITCHEN AREA

The kitchen is fully equipped including a kettle, toaster and built in microwave.

Oven, grill, 4 burner hob, extractor fan, along with a fridge freezer.

Above and below kitchen units with soft close.

Torano Marble laminate worktops with White tile effect splashback.

2 pendant lights over the worktop.

This area is heated by a radiator.

MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom has a double bed with bedside cabinet and overhead cupboards with a shelf.

The bedroom is heated by a radiator.

MASTER BEDROOM

Dressing table with a socket and mirror with shalves.

Double wardrobe with 2 drawers underneath.

The master bedroom also has a en suite toilet with wash basin.

TWIN BEDROOM 1

The twin bedroom has 2 singles beds. Bedside night stand and 2 overhead cupboards.

And an above bed Wardrobe.

The bedroom is heated by a radiator.

TWIN BEDROOM 2

This bedroom has 2 single beds and overhead cupboard with shelves.

Wardrobe.

The bedroom is heated by a radiator.

THE BATHROOM

The bathroom includes a dual flush toilet, wash basin with shelves above. Shower cubicle with glass sliding door and thermostatic shower

THE DECKING AREA

The caravan has a walkway to the side leading to the main decked area to the front of the caravan. With a table and chairs to sit out and enjoy those more warmer days.

FLOOR PLAN

This is the floor plan for the caravan.

Please note there is no pull out bed.

HEATING

The caravan has a gas fire in the living area.

And gas central heating throughout the caravan.

PARKING

Next to the caravan is parking for 2 cars. With extra parking spaces available around the site.

Parking is not allowed on the grassed areas.

LINENS

All beds are supplied with either a double or single duvet. Double has 4 x pillows and singles 1 x pillow each.

We do request that all guests supply their own bed linen. Including duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, all cot bedding, towels and tea towels for their stay.

TV Licence

Please note your own TV Licence does not cover you in our caravan.

All the caravans are covered by their own separate TV Licences.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

The caravan is checked at regular intervals, by a park site certified contractor.

Gas is certificated each year.
Electric is certificated every 3 years.
(Certificates are displayed in the caravan)

All electrical items are PAT tested by a certified contractor.

2 x Fire and Carbon Monoxide detectors.
(These are checked before each letting).

RESTRICTIONS

No smoking is permitted within the caravans (ashtrays are provided for outside use only),

Due to park rules, I am afraid we cannot hire to the following.

Parties, whose members are under the age of 21 years,

Parties, whose members are all male or all female,

Parties, whose members exceed the number of berths contained in our caravans.
