THE LIVING AREA The living area has 2 x sofa's and a coffee table. The caravan is equipped with a TV with Free View channels and Free Stat. There is a electric fire to this area and is also heated by a radiator. Please note - there is no pull out bed in the living area.

THE LIVING AREA The area is heated by a electric fire and radiator. To the front of the caravan is French doors, which open onto the decked area. PLEASE NOTE - There is no pull out bed in the living area. |
THE DINING AREA The dining area has a glass table and 6 chairs. This area is located within the kitchen itself. |

THE KITCHEN AREA The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need, including a gas oven with grill, 4 burner hob and cooker extractor fan. |

MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets with lights above. |

EN SUITE To the master bedroom is a en suite toilet with wash basin. This area is heated by a radiator. |
TWIN BEDROOM 1 The twin bedroom has a bedside cabinet and overhead cupboards and shelves, wardrobe with drawers and mirror. The room is heated by a radiator. One of the single beds can be collapsed and placed under the other single bed. This gives room to place a travel cot. (Please note - guests will need to bring their own travel cot).

TWIN BEDROOM 2 The twin bedroom has a bedside cabinet, overhead cupboads with shelves, wardrobe with drawer and mirror. The room is heated by a radiator. THE DECKING AREA 4 steps lead up to a wrap around decked area, with a walkway to the side of the caravan. Leading the the main deck to the front of the caravan. To this area has a table and chairs. From inside the caravan the decked area can be accessed via the main side door and the french doors to the front of the caravan. |

HEATING The caravan has a electric fire in the living area. And gas central heating throughout the caravan. PARKING Next to the caravan is a gravel driveway, with parking for 2 car. With extra parking spaces available around the site. Parking is not allowed on the grassed areas. LINENS All beds are supplied with either a double or single duvet. Double has 4 x pillows and singles 1 x pillow each. We do request that all guests supply their own bed linen. Including duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, all cot bedding, towels and tea towels for their stay. TV Licence Please note your own TV Licence does not cover you in our caravan. The caravans are covered by their own separate TV Licences. |
HEALTH AND SAFETY The caravan is checked at regular intervals, by a park site certified contractor. Gas is certificated each year. All electrical items are PAT tested by a certified contractor. 2 x Fire and Carbon Monoxide detectors. RESTRICTIONS No smoking is permitted within the caravans (ashtrays are provided for outside use only), No pets, Due to park rules, I am afraid we cannot hire to the following. Parties, whose members are under the age of 21 years, Parties, whose members are all male or all female, Parties, whose members exceed the number of berths contained in our caravans.
