THE LIVING AREA

The living room comprises of 2 sofa's, one 3 seater and a 2 seater.

The caravan is equipped with a TV with Freesat, and a DVD player.

A coffee table.

Unit with shelves and drawers.

The area is heated by an electric fire and radiator.

To the front of the caravan are french doors, which open onto the decked area.

Please note - there is no pull out bed in the living area.

THE DINING AREA

The dining area has a table and 4 chairs.

The dining area is located opposte the kitchen.

The area is heated by a radiator.

THE KITCHEN AREA

The kitchen is located to the center of the caravan.

With a wrap around units.

The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need, including gas oven with grill, 4 burner hob and cooker hood.

Kettle, toaster and microwave and fridge/freezer.

MASTER BEDROOM

Master has a double bed, bedside cabinets with wall light above.

Overhead cupboards and shelves.

Wardrobe with drawers.

And dressing table with mirror, stool and shelves above.

The area is heated by a radiator.

And en suite toilet.

MASTER EN SUITE

Leading off the master bedroom is the en suite toilet.

Comprises of a toilet, wash basin with a mirror above.

The area is heated by a radiator.

TWIN BEDROOM

The twin bedroom has 2 single beds with besdie cabinet with a wall light.

Cupboards and shelves above.

Wardrobe and selving unit.

Dressing shlef with mirror.

The area is heated by a radiator.

THE BATHROOM

The bathroom has a toilet, wash basin with cupboards below and a mirror and shelf above.

THE DECKING AREA

The decked area is gated and runs to the side of the caravan, leading to the main section to the front of the caravan.

The area has a table and chairs for you to enjoy the outside area.

HEATING

The caravan has a electric fire in the living area.

And gas central heating throughout the caravan.

PARKING

Next to the caravan is parking for 2 cars. With extra parking spaces available around the site.

Parking is not allowed on the grassed areas.

LINENS

All beds are supplied with either a double or single duvet. Double has 4 x pillows and singles 1 x pillow each.

We do request that all guests supply their own bed linen. Including duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, all cot bedding (if cot supplied), towels and tea towels for their stay.

TV Licence

Please note your own TV Licence does not cover you in our caravan.

The caravans are covered by their own separate TV Licences.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

The caravan is checked at regular intervals, by a park site certified contractor.

Gas is certificated each year.
Electric is certificated every 3 years.
(Certificates are displayed in the caravan)

All electrical items are PAT tested by a certified contractor.

2 x Fire and Carbon Monoxide detectors.
(These are checked before each letting).

RESTRICTIONS

No smoking is permitted within the caravans (ashtrays are provided for outside use only),

Due to park rules, I am afraid we cannot hire to the following.

Parties, whose members are under the age of 21 years,

Parties, whose members are all male or all female,

Parties, whose members exceed the number of berths contained in our caravans.
